I just came across this video that has 15 strength training exercises for Pole Dancing.
As you know, VertiGal Aerial Fitness is about challenging you and stepping outside of your comfort zone so it’s important as you develop your moves to build your strength so you can learn more things.
The great thing is that to get one-on-one tutition we have classes to get you started.
If you’re a newbie then I caution you about just watching a video and trying it at home. That could be ugly, especially if you hurt yourself.
