She loves meeting new people and finds it rewarding to teach others and help them achieve their goals.
Angela believes pole fitness has helped her to build strength, coordination, flexibility and it is a fun way to get fit and stay in shape!
Jess started poling six years ago with her sister.
She enjoys the strength and flexibility that pole has given as well as building new friendships and interests.
She is passionate about creating fun and challenging routines and testing her flexibility in new tricks!

Claire is our newest instructor and has been pole dancing on and off for many years.
Fitness is a big part of Claire’s life and in addition to pole dancing she loves rock climbing (indoor and outdoor), going to the gym and has recently started dabbling in silks.
Claire understands what it is like to try a new activity and has a very gentle and nurturing approach to to teaching pole.
Laura is currently taking a break from teaching but was pole dancing for approximately five years and three of those were at VertiGal.
Laura enjoys every facet of pole dancing including the workout, strength, flexibility and the confidence it gives you. But most of all she loves the friends she has made, from fellow polers and instructors, to the many students she’s taught
Linda is currently taking a break from teaching pole dancing. She has been part of the VertiGal family since VertiGal opened in 2011.
She is a keen rock climber, but her interest in aerial arts has quickly taken over her spare time.
She loves that it is super fun and feels more like playing, rather than working out.
The social aspect is also a highlight for her. Linda has two daughters that are often with her at the studio, both love to have a spin and be mum’s little doubles partner.
